Once we have received your request, we will look to identify suitable venues to match your requirements.
If the request is for the same week, we will contact you promptly with an update and forward proposals to you by the end of the day.
If required, we offer an accompanied venue visit prior to confirmation.
Once you are satisfied with the arrangements, we will confirm the booking and a copy will be forwarded to yourself and the selected venue.
The contract, terms and conditions will then be sent to you from the venue which we advise you to retain for your files.. Where accommodation is required, bedrooms will be held provisionally and will be confirmed as soon as you are fully satisfied with the arrangements.
An allocation form will then be forwarded to obtain more detailed information regarding the individual guests and requirements, such as twin, double, single rooms, number of nights per guest etc.
The payment arrangements are made between yourselves and the selected venue under the venue’s terms, either by invoice if credit facilities have been set up, or by credit card.
